Dough:

3 eggs

yeast

60 dag flour

2 tablespoons homemade lard

some cream

some sugar

some salt

milk, optionally

 

Filling:

 

30 dag ground walnuts

30 dag cheese

20 dag poppy

sugar and rum (to taste)

 

Preparation:

Knead the dough and leave for half an hour to rise. Divide into four pieces. Roll out and spread the filling. Intertwine in braids and put in medenica (clay pot) or round baking tin with 26 cm diameter to rise. Before baking coat with the mixture of milk and egg yolks. Bake for about an hour at 150 degrees.
