Dough

 

80 dag smooth flour

1 egg

some salt

3 tbs cream

1 yeast

3 dl milk

1 tbs homemade fat

 

Knead the dough out of the listed ingredients and leave it to rise. Roll out the dough to the 1 cm thickness and spread with fat. Roll up like gibanica (cheese pastry dish). Cut the dough into small triangles and put into the earthen baking pan. Bake at 180°C for about an hour.
